All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations with custom dolls. However, if there is ever an issue please do contact us directly: info@jaylasheirlooms.com.  We will do everything we can to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.

 

Heirloom toys may ship priority at your request (tracking and insurance included) within the U.S. for an additional fee at checkout.

We do recommend signature confirmation for your peace of mind. There is an additional fee and this option is available at check-out. 

Confirming your address before you check out is the best way to ensure your heirloom toys arrive safe & sound to the correct location. Unfortunately reshipping costs do apply if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided.

Items listed on our website are ready to ship within 5 business days of purchase.

We are closed on all holidays and orders will be shipped the next business day.
