All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations with custom dolls. However, if there is ever an issue please do contact us directly: info@jaylasheirlooms.com.  We will do everything we can to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner!

  • Heirloom toys may ship priority at your request (tracking and insurance included) within the U.S. for an additional fee at checkout.
  • We do recommend signature confirmation for your peace of mind. There is an additional fee and this option is available at check-out. 
  • Confirming your address before you check out is the best way to ensure your heirloom toys arrive safe & sound to the correct location. Unfortunately reshipping costs do apply if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided.
  • Items listed on our website are ready to ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • We are closed on all holidays and orders will be shipped the next business day.
